1. Ông Lê Công Khanh – Giám đốc

- Quản lý, lãnh đạo, điều hành chung theo chế độ Thủ trưởng, chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các chức năng, nhiệm vụ của Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch trước Tỉnh ủy, Hội đồng nhân dân, Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh, Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch về các lĩnh vực văn hóa, thể dục thể thao, du lịch và gia đình.

- Trực tiếp chỉ đạo các lĩnh vực:

+ Công tác tổ chức cán bộ, quy hoạch, đào tạo, bồi dưỡng cán bộ;

+ Công tác thi đua khen thưởng, kỷ luật;

+ Kế hoạch tài chính;

+ Công tác cải cách hành chính;

+ Công tác phòng chống tham nhũng, thực hành tiết kiệm chống lãng phí;

+ Công tác thanh tra, pháp chế; giải quyết khiếu nại, tố cáo;

+ Phong trào “Toàn dân đoàn kết xây dựng đời sống văn hóa” và xây dựng nông thôn mới;

+ Chương trình mục tiêu quốc gia thuộc trách nhiệm của Sở;

+ Làm Trưởng Ban Biên tập trang thông tin điện tử Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch.

- Trực tiếp chỉ đạo phòng và đơn vị: Phòng Tổ chức cán bộ; Thanh tra.

- Theo dõi và chỉ đạo hoạt động ngành Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch thành phố Vị Thanh và thành phố Ngã Bảy.

- Chủ tài khoản của cơ quan Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch.

- Được Giám đốc Sở ủy nhiệm điều hành các hoạt động của Sở khi Giám đốc Sở vắng mặt.

- Được ủy quyền chủ tài khoản.

- Ký thay Giám đốc Sở các quyết định hành chính (khi được Giám đốc Sở ủy quyền); ký thay Giám đốc Sở các văn bản hành chính thông thường, giấy phép hoạt động thuộc lĩnh vực được giao phụ trách; tham gia các Ban Chỉ đạo, Ban Tổ chức, Hội đồng… thuộc thẩm quyền của Sở theo lĩnh vực phụ trách.

- Phụ trách các lĩnh vực:

+ Công tác quản lý, xúc tiến du lịch;

+ Công tác gia đình;

+ Hoạt động Phong trào “Toàn dân đoàn kết xây dựng đời sống văn hóa” và xây dựng nông thôn mới.

- Phụ trách các phòng và đơn vị: Văn phòng; Phòng Xây dựng nếp sống văn hóa và Gia đình; Phòng Quản lý du lịch; Trung tâm Thông tin xúc tiến du lịch.

- Theo dõi và chỉ đạo hoạt động ngành Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch huyện Châu Thành và huyện Châu Thành A.

- Giúp Giám đốc Sở giải quyết các công việc, nhiệm vụ khác khi được phân công hoặc ủy quyền.

- Monitoring and directing activities of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Chau Thanh district and Chau Thanh A district.

- Help the Department Director handle other affairs and tasks when assigned or authorized.

- Ký thay Giám đốc Sở các văn bản hành chính thông thường, giấy phép hoạt động thuộc lĩnh vực được giao phụ trách; tham gia các Ban Chỉ đạo, Ban Tổ chức, Hội đồng… thuộc thẩm quyền của Sở theo lĩnh vực phụ trách.

- Phụ trách các lĩnh vực:

+ Thể dục thể thao;

+ Công tác dân vận chính quyền;

+ Công tác thực hiện Quy chế dân chủ cơ sở.

- Phụ trách các phòng và đơn vị: Phòng Quản lý văn hóa, thể thao (lĩnh vực thể thao); Trung tâm Huấn luyện và Thi đấu thể dục thể thao.

- Theo dõi và chỉ đạo hoạt động ngành Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch huyện Long Mỹ và huyện Vị Thủy.

- Giúp Giám đốc Sở giải quyết các công việc, nhiệm vụ khác khi được phân công hoặc ủy quyền.

- Ký thay Giám đốc Sở các văn bản hành chính thông thường, giấy phép hoạt động thuộc lĩnh vực được giao phụ trách; tham gia các Ban Chỉ đạo, Ban Tổ chức, Hội đồng… thuộc thẩm quyền của Sở theo lĩnh vực phụ trách.

- Phụ trách các lĩnh vực:

+ Hoạt động văn hóa, nghệ thuật;

+ Hoạt động thư viện;

+ Công tác bảo tồn, bảo tàng;

+ Hoạt động phát hành phim và chiếu bóng;

- Phụ trách các phòng và đơn vị: Phòng Quản lý văn hóa, thể thao (lĩnh vực văn hóa); Trung tâm Văn hóa Nghệ thuật tỉnh; Thư viện tỉnh; Bảo tàng tỉnh.

- Theo dõi và chỉ đạo hoạt động ngành Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch thị xã Long Mỹ và huyện Phụng Hiệp.

- Giúp Giám đốc Sở giải quyết các công việc, nhiệm vụ khác khi được phân công hoặc ủy quyền.

4. Mr. Duong Thanh Tung - Deputy Director
